DESCRIPTION:From Tuesday the 8th until Friday the 11th of May 8am-5pm\, Health Soc have a study break event in the Community Hub room in Rehua\, all are welcome. \nFood will be available from 9am\, so you’ll have to get in quick. Our event is to promote enriched study environments to support you to perform at your best for exams. We know that the exam study period can be a very stressful time\, so we thought we would help relieve some of that stress by providing free food\, tea\, coffee and milo. There will be a de-stress station set-up too so that you have a place to unwind\, we look forward to seeing you there\, Health Soc.

DESCRIPTION:Stress Less Week is here to help you unwind while you hit the books. \nThis semester we have free coffees\, fruit drops\, massages and more. \n  \nFruit Drops | 10am Tue 8 June + Thur 11 June: \nKeep an eye out for the Exec who will be roaming around campus from 10am\, handing out a hefty amount of FREE fruit! \nFree fruit will be available while stocks last. \n  \nFree Massages | 12.30pm to 5pm Wed 9 June:\nSESSIONS NOW BOOKED OUT \n  \nResilience Workshop | 3.30pm to 4.30pm Wed 9 June:\nJane Scott and Victoria Price from The Flourish Doctors are coming to Haere-roa to discuss how resilience can help us through stressful times\, such as exams and other big life events. \nTreat yourself to a study break and head up to Bentley’s room in Haere-roa for this FREE event. Afternoon tea\, coffee + tea will be provided. \nWorkshop runs from 3.30pm – 4.30pm. \nIf you have reserved a ticket\, but cannot make it. Please let us know by emailing events@ucsa.org.nz so we can give the space to someone else. \nReserve your ticket. \n  \nPace Race with UC Rec and Sport | 12pm Wed 9 June:\nEnter yourself in the 3 or 6km pace race with either a run or a walk. Guess your time\, do the race\, and the closest person to their estimated finish time wins!\nThe best thing? No watches or pace keepers other than yourself! This event is open to all. \n\nCourse Map\nRegister\n\nWednesday 9 June\, K1 UC\, 12pm to 2pm (Drop in and complete your run). \n  \nFree Coffee | All day Thur 10 June + Fri 11 June: \nFREE coffees at Chilton’s Café! Take a study break\, grab a mate\, and check in with them over a beveragino. \nFree coffee will be available while stocks last. \n  \n  \n
