Compulsory Zoom during COVID

During the last lockdown in March last year, only one of my classes offered livestreamed Zoom meetings – the rest only gave us last year’s recordings. I think if we go into Level 3/4 again that Zoom meetings should be made compulsory for professors to do as only having recordings made learning harder as we were unable to ask questions.
