Student Refugee Program

I would like UCSA to consider establishing a programme to sponsor refugees to come and study at UC. Many Canadian universities do this through a very small targeted addition to their student levy (just a few dollars). See the following website for the Canadian organisation that supports these efforts, perhaps they could be contacted as they may be willing to support UC in developing such a programme: https://srp.wusc.ca/.
