This Mindfulness Morning Tea is brought to you by UC Admin Plus with the support of Diversity Fest. It also falls within NZ Mental Health Awareness Week.

Staff are welcome to a morning tea and a presentation from Venkataraman Nilakant. Nilakant is an Associate Professor in the UC Business School, specialising in organisational change and resilience. He has written three books on change management and has consulted widely to a number of organisations in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and India. Nilakant also shares a real interest is spirituality. He has been a serious spiritual seeker for the last 25 years and has written six books on his experiences. Mindfulness meditation is part of his daily spiritual practice.
