Red Bull Paper Wings: Canterbury Qualifier

In the wake of Friday’s events, Red Bull Paper Wings at University of Canterbury will be postponed until Thursday 28th March, as a mark of respect to those that have lost their lives. ❤

It’s been four years, but the Red Bull Paper Wings comp is coming back to UC. This is your invite to the Canterbury qualifier round – part of a global event that you don’t want to miss.

This year the goal is to create an even larger impact than ever before with a new generation of students. The idea is simple and ingenious: “Make a plain sheet of paper fly as far, as long, or as acrobatically through the air as possible!”

All national winners of the three categories – Longest Distance, Longest Airtime, and Aerobatics – will be invited to the World Final in Austria in the iconic Hangar-7, where the world champions will be crowned.
