Join our Half-AGM – we’ve got free food, prizes and some interesting stuff to chat about. We’ll be giving away 2x TEA PARTY TICKETS, plus the hall with the highest proportion of its residents attending wins their own exclusive free Foundry gig. T&Cs apply.

Runs from 12pm-12.45pm with free food to follow.

This event is for anyone thinking about running for our Student Exec. We’re also holding a session on 24 July over in Haere-roa. It’s called ‘Meet the UCSA‘.

3. Two (2) winners will be chosen at random by UCSA during the Half-AGM between 12pm-1.30pm on Tuesday the 23rd of July 2019. The winners will be notified at the event.

4. The prizes will be presented to the winners, once confirmed.

5. To enter the draw, you must be a current University of Canterbury student, and you must attend the UCSA Half-AGM in its entirety. You must show your Canterbury card to confirm that you’re a UC student.

University Hall of Residence competition:

1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

2. This competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

3. One (1) winning University of Canterbury Student Hall of Residence will be chosen by the UCSA. The designated contact person for the winning hall will be notified by us.

4. The University of Canterbury Student Hall of Residence with the largest percentage of current-student residents attending the UCSA Half-AGM will win the competition. They must attend the event in its entirety.

4. UCSA will provide the Foundry as a private function space, as well as a DJ. Alcohol and food will not be provided.

If you’ve made it to the end of this, well-done.

Free food:

You must be a current UC student, and you must attend the whole Half-AGM. Free food is while stocks last.
