DESCRIPTION:Coastal Promotions return for their annual Mono Nights takeover\, this time levelling up with their biggest artist Willy Mav on headline duties.\nWilly Mav\, aka\, Willy Harman is a must watch artist within the drum and bass scene. The numerous acts he’s supported showcases his versatility on stage as a performer\, which directly translates to his production skills. Names such as Skeptical\, Bcee\, Bou\, LSB\, 1991\, Document One\, K-motionz and Monty to name a few.\n\nWilly Mav isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. With huge solo releases and collab’s with artists from around New Zealand and a consistent touring schedule\, he’s going to be one to watch into 2022 and beyond.\n\nOn Support duties we have Worthy & Ponz\, Boasteeze\, Sully & Changing Tides and for the first time ever\, the 1st Year Inter Hall DJ competition.\nThe 1st Year Inter Hall DJ competition is made specifically for 1st year University students.\n\nDetails are as follows:\nENTER – Send a DJ mix to liveanddirect47@gmail.com. Include your name and what UC hall you are in. Entries close Monday 23rd May\nDRAW – 4x contestants will be drawn\, each from a different UC Hall.\nBATTLE – These 4x contestants will have 15 mins each to perform from 8:00 – 9:00 pm\, the best live mix and crowd reactions will win the competition.\nWIN – The winner will receive $100 worth of New Balance gears\, a Tea Party Double Pass with skip the line entry\, a $50 bartab and a DJ set fee.\nBest of luck!\n——————————————————————————\nThe MONO specific stuff:\n Mono is R18 – Bring your Passport\, 18+ card or NZ Drivers licence.\n Don’t forget your UC Student ID!\n Not a UC student?
