Toga is the ultimate fresher rite of passage and this year we’ve got a special treat! 2 epic multi genre stages as we party like GODS. Wrap up warm in a bed sheet, slap on some vines and glitter, and you’re ready to party.

Featuring:

DEADBEAT
DEADBEAT is the alter ego and musical concept of creative Shelton Woolright. In its simplest form DEADBEAT is essentially a unique high energy ‘Drum DJ’ set delivered with conviction, layering live drums over an elliptic mix of hip-hop, Trap, DnB and electronic with a hint of rock. Think ‘Girl Talk’ meets ‘Travis Barker’.

At a closer look DEADBEAT is more involved. This is not just a ‘DJ set’ this is a visual LIVE experience, a collection of incredible music and samples uniquely mixed together to bring the concert/festival goer a never seen before live experience. All brought together by a hard-hitting, feverish live drum rhythm!

DEADBEAT is an original, inspired live experience.

PORIS

PORIS has quickly created a name as a highly skilled DJ, and as someone you need to pay attention to. After bursting onto the scene in early 2020, PORIS (real name Paris) has toured nearly non-stop since. She has already graced the stages of Rhythm and Vines, Bay Dreams, Northern Bass, and the majority of the most notorious venues around New Zealand. She has also played support to some of the biggest names in DnB including, Kanine, Netsky, Alix Perez, Hybrid Minds, Andy C and A.M.C. PORIS shows her passion for drum & bass by throwing down energetic sets and flooring audiences in any and every setting.

NO COMPLY

New Zealand rapper/producer duo, NO COMPLY take their music seriously, but themselves, not so much. Their music is bold and considered, yet they infuse a playful and melodic take on the rapidly changing, forever evolving, genre we know and love as hip hop.

DJ SPINAL

It wouldn’t be TOGA without the man, the myth, the legend – DJ SPINAL. This man has been a staple over the past few years, throwing down bangers old and new to keep the students happy. Make sure you get your tickets to see this man in the flesh!
