UCSA’s Half-AGM 2021

Come grab some free pizza, get yourself in the draw to win prizes, and hear what your Students’ Association’s been up to!

The Executive will be giving 4 x $50 cash giveaways to a few lucky winners. Plus we’ll be holding an inter-hall competition to see which student hall can get more of their residents to the Half-AGM. The prize is a party at Haere-roa! (T&Cs apply)

We’ll also be announcing the opening of nominations for our 2021 Elections. Stick around afterwards if you’re interested in running – we’ll be holding an info session.

Free food giveaway:

1. Food is available while stocks last.
2. You must be a current UC student (UCSA member).
3. You must be present at the Half-AGM for its entirety.

4 x $50 cash giveaway:

1. There are four prizes to be given away.
2. To enter the draw, you must be a current UC student (UCSA member). And you must be present at the Half-AGM for its entirety because the draw will take place at the end of the meeting.
3. Winners will be drawn randomly.
4. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

Halls competition:

1. There is one prize to give away: an event/party at Haere-roa. The prize includes free food, a venue (Haere-roa), and entertainment.
2. The UC student hall of residence with the largest number of its residents at the Half-AGM (for its entirety) will win the competition.
3. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
