It also falls within NZ Mental Health Awareness Week. \nStaff are welcome to a morning tea and a presentation from Venkataraman Nilakant. Nilakant is an Associate Professor in the UC Business School\, specialising in organisational change and resilience. He has written three books on change management and has consulted widely to a number of organisations in New Zealand\, Australia\, Malaysia and India. Nilakant also shares a real interest is spirituality. He has been a serious spiritual seeker for the last 25 years and has written six books on his experiences.
