With the switch to online lectures and classes, the UCSA is offering some new services to keep you tuned in.

IT Support

Having difficulty accessing your online lectures? Not sure how to make it work? Pop into the UCSA offices, Haere-roa, during business hours and ask for help! We can help with the basics of how to access your lecture online.

Business hours are Mon to Thurs 8:30am till 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am till 4:30pm.

Headsets:

Need a headset to study remotely? Did you know that if you’ve got headphones with a 3.5mm connector and a microphone (like old apple earbuds) you can use those?

If you don’t have any headphones, don’t worry – the UCSA has got limited supplies available for you at cost price. This will work with most modern laptops, but feel free to bring your device in to check.

Limit one per student.
